Krystal Marie Balm

 Krystal Marie, born on November 24, 1981 was an American political commentator. She was a former political candidate, as a host from the US at MSNBC, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, former co-host and host of The Hill's Rising along with Saagarenjeti. Enjeti and Ball announced their intention to quit the show in May 2021 to start Breaking Points, a new independent project with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared as a guest on shows like Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) and CNN (CNBC). Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her passion for politics to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to watch the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She witnessed the impact the election had on the citizens of her home country and was inspired to understand the international impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee in Virginia's 1st Congress District for Congress in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, who is the incumbent Republican. She was host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show she co-hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. She created the People's House Project (a political action committee that is dedicated to Democratic causes) in May 2017.
